Our Story

NIIMBOT was founded in 2012 in Wuhan, China, with a simple idea: labelling should be easy enough that anyone can do it from their phone. Our mission, "The Simpler, The Better," has guided every product since.

Today NIIMBOT designs and manufactures portable label makers, thermal and thermal-transfer label printers, and the labels and ribbons that go with them. Our printers connect to the free NIIMBOT app, so you can design and print a label in seconds, whether you are organising a kitchen, a classroom, a stockroom or a laboratory.

More than 13 million people around the world use NIIMBOT products, from families and small shops to logistics companies, hospitals and schools.

Everything sold on this site is designed, engineered and manufactured by NIIMBOT. We run our own research and development team and our own production lines, which lets us control quality from the first sketch to the finished printer.
